A challenger fintech app for freelancers in emerging markets. Built from zero: native iOS app, marketing site, admin dashboard, and a Stripe-powered payout pipeline.
The ask
Maya had six months of runway and needed to ship something real to raise a seed. No dev team yet. We took the whole thing end to end — design, backend, iOS, dashboard.
What we built
A native iOS app (Swift + SwiftUI), a Next.js marketing site, an admin dashboard, and a Postgres-backed payout engine that talks to Stripe Connect. Everything shares a single TypeScript API surface via tRPC.
Outcome
Live in the App Store 14 weeks after kickoff. 12k signups in the first two months. Series seed closed in month four. We're now on retainer for feature work.
